This Week At Little Crickets.

Over the next few days we will be looking at the idea and meaning of the harvest. Children will be involved in creating a harvest table and identifying different vegetables.

We will talk about the children’s favourite vegetables and take this learning further by encouraging them to paint their chosen vegetable.

We will enjoy various stories around the subject of food, and we will look at how different cultures eat different types of vegetables in local and national diets.

Please take this learning further with your child by discussing the types of food you eat as a family and enjoy talking about the different vegetables which you use in your meals.
