Our Ocean Explorers Continue Their Adventures

Our underwater adventures will be continuing next week as the children carry on exploring amazing sea animals and learning about the creatures that live beneath the waves.

Our Toddler Room will be getting creative by making their own jellyfish pictures using bubble wrap, exploring different textures and patterns as they create colourful sea creatures. We will also be printing fish using sponge shapes, giving the children the opportunity to experiment with colours and create their own underwater artwork.

There will be lots of fun number activities too as the children count fish in water and take part in games together. We will also be sorting sea animals by size, helping children begin to use simple mathematical language such as big, small, bigger, and smaller.

To finish off our underwater fun, we will be setting up an exciting sea themed obstacle course. The children can pretend to swim like fish, crawl like crabs, and jump over giant waves as they move their way through our ocean adventure.

Our undersea explorers in the Baby Room will continue our adventures with lots of sensory fun. The children will enjoy exploring bubbles, watching them float and pop as they play and discover.

We will also be getting creative by making our own colourful jellyfish using different materials and textures.

To create a calm underwater atmosphere, we will listen to gentle ocean sounds and imagine life beneath the waves
