The festive season has arrived at Little Crickets, and this week we’re beginning to fill the nursery with songs, stories, and sparkle. The children will be introduced to some of our favourite Christmas songs and stories, helping them to explore the joy, kindness, and excitement that this special time of year brings.

We’ll also be getting started on our Christmas folders, which will soon be filled with plenty of festive arts and crafts. The children will have the chance to paint, glue, sprinkle, and decorate as they create their very own Christmas masterpieces to share with you at the end of term.

Our Christmas post box is now open, and the children can begin posting cards to their friends in their keyworker groups. A list of names can be found on the window to help with writing and sending their festive messages.

It’s beginning to feel wonderfully Christmassy here at Little Crickets, and we can’t wait to share all the creativity and fun of the season with you.
