We would like to welcome all of our Little Crickets back from the Easter break. We hope to find you all well rested and ready to enjoy the next four weeks of the Summer term!

This term we will be introducing children to Phonics. We will be looking at initial sounds, using letters and the accompanying sounds that they make. Children will then begin the forming and recognition of those letters.

For the next two weeks we will be looking at the first seven letters of the alphabet. We will be creating art and crafts with these letters: A – G.  Children who are able to will start to form these letters in their workbook at nursery.

As the weather is warming up please can you ensure you apply a 24hr sun lotion on your child at the start of the day as we will be taking our learning and playing outside.
