We would like to welcome children and their families back from the Christmas break, and we hope that children are rested and ready to enjoy the next six weeks. The team would like to take this opportunity to thank parents and carers for our beautiful gifts and cards.

This week we are introducing children to the colour white in the environment. They will be involved in creating a white symmetrical collage using different materials and resources. We will be encouraging children to look at the word ‘white’ and support their  learning by identifying the letters in the word.

As the weather is still very cold please ensure each child has a clearly labelled warm coat and hat, and please could carers check children’s bags to ensure any spare clothing is seasonally appropriate. We are planning to enjoy some outdoor play so children need to be warm.
