This week we will be observing and experimenting with water in different forms. We will make dinosaur icicles and discuss what happens to ice when it is exposed to heat.

Children also will look at items that sink and float in water.  We will take this learning forward by looking at materials in the environment to see what happens to them when exposed to water. We will then look at the attributes and sounds of water.

Children will be experimenting with water paints and we will then go on to producing water bubble collages.

Later on in the week children will make and taste vegetarian jelly.
