Hello to all parents, guardians and carers. This week we will be looking at the subject of harvests. Children will be involved in creating a harvest table and identifying the different vegetables that we have on display.

We will talk about children’s favourite vegetables and will then take this learning further and encourage them to paint their chosen vegetable.

Food stories will be shared together and we will look at different cultures that enjoy different vegetables at meal times.

Please take this learning further with your child by discussing the types of food you eat as a family and the vegetables that you use in your meals.
