Hello to all parents and carers of Little Crickets Nursery, Walsall. We would like to welcome you all back from the summer break. We hope you are all rested and ready to enjoy the next seven weeks at Little Crickets. This half term runs from Tuesday 7th September 2021 until Friday 22nd October 2021.

May we also take this opportunity
to thank  parents and carers for the lovely gifts that were given to us last term. We enjoyed them greatly.

This week we will be introducing new children to our nursery and helping returning children settle back at in to our nursery space, reinforcing how we will keep ourselves safe.

We will be encouraging children to share their experiences about what they with their families and how they keep busy.  We will also help children to identify key characteristics about themselves.

To support this learning children will be engaged in creating their own name badges and we will be helping children learn how to self register.

Please remember to label all your children’s lunch bags, coats, hats and rucksacks.  This helps children recognise their own name and identify their personal items. It will also help practioners to ensure children have the correct belongings at the end of the session.
