Hello, we hope that you all had a restful weekend with your children and that they are ready for another week of fun and learning.
This week we will be experimenting with water in different forms. We will make dinosaurs encased in icebergs and look what happens to ice when it is exposed to heat.
Further to this will be exploring the concept of buoyancy, and Children will be experimenting with items that sink and float. We will take this learning further by looking at different materials in the children’s environment to see what happens to different materials when exposed to water. We will then look at the sensory attributes of water, such as the sounds that it makes.
Later on in the week children will have the opportunity to make and taste vegetarian jelly.
