This week we will be showing children how to cut a number of different shapes, which they will practice by cutting paper snowflakes.

We will further explore snow and wintery scenes in art by encouraging children to paint their version of a snowman.

During concept time we will teaching children about the different properties of winter items such as soft, cold and smooth.

We will be having fun learning the words for the songs Jack Frost Song and Five Little Snowflakes.
