Group Photo Permission

Dear Parents and carers. We are always listening to your feedback and are so pleased to have parents take such an active interest in the children’s days at Crickets Nurseries. We are therefore asking families to fill out the below group photograph permission slip so that we can share more photos of the children’s activities on the Famly app.

Photos will be shared on the secure, password-protected app only. Photos will not appear on any other website or social media outlet connected with Crickets Nurseries. Any children that we do not receive photograph permissions for will be excluded from such photos or their identities obscured.

In any cases where we receive more than one response to this form for any given child (for example, where two parents individually fill the form in) if either submission requests that photos are not shared, that child will not be included in group activity photos.

Agree to my child having their photo taken in group projects and for these photos to be shared only on the Famly App, where they may be seen by other families that attend Crickets Nurseries.

I also agree that I will not share any photos posted to the Famly app to social media sites or apps. This is for the protection and privacy of all families that attend Little Crickets and Tiny Crickets.
